3RD Annual StopHD Cornhole Tourney
August 14th, 2010 - 9:30am-3:00pm
We will be hosting our 3rd Annual StopHD Cornhole Tourney on August 14th at Holy Name Parish located at 89 N. 17th Ave in Beech Grove. We will have a small Singles Tourney for the first 32 to register. This will be a single game, double elimination tourney. The Doubles Tourney will consist of a "Best 2 out of 3 game Series" starting out and will continue thru the winners bracket. The Losers bracket will be 1 game with the winner moving to the next bracket. Indy Custom Cornhole will be running the tournament again this year and will discuss the details at the event. This event is "Rain or Shine". We will move inside the gym if need be. Early registration is $15 for the Singles Tourney and $30 for the Doubles Tourney. (Day of event will be $20 and $40). Payment needs to be received by August 12th to qualify for the early registration. Fill out the registration form online and include your partners name and Team name and we will reply back to confirm receipt of the registration form. Payment will either need to be mailed or hand delivered to a StopHD representative. Mailed checks need to be made Payable to HDSA (Memo : 2010 StopHD Cornhole Tourney) Attach a copy of your registration form with your check. Once payment is received, we will notify you be email to confirm and provide you with a Team number. The Kids Bag Challenge does not require any registration.
X103 is our Official Radio Sponsor for this years event. Tune in to listen...they will be promoting the event throughout the upcoming weeks. Indy Custom Cornhole will be running the event again. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
Winners will receive Colts tickets to a game to be determined. We will also have several raffles that will include Notre Dame Football tickets, Colts tickets, Cincinnati Reds tickets, Bobber Motorcycle ( see pic below) and other items that continue to come in. Food and Beer will also be available for purchase at the event. If you or your business would like to donate or sponsor the event, please contact Bobby at 557-6012. We are in need of more door prizes, raffle items and monetary donations.
All proceeds raised from this event will benefit Huntington's Disease Research.
Raffle tickets are available NOW and can be purchased anytime before or during the Event. 4 Tix to the Colts v San Diego Sunday Night game, 4 Tickets to the Notre Dame v Standford game Sept 25th in South Bend, IN, and 4 Tickets to the Cincinnati Reds v Arizona Sept 15th. Raffle tickets are 1 for $5 or 5 for $20. We will also have other raffles the day of the event which will include a $100 Gift Certificate for St. Elmo's Steakhouse, a 2009 Colts Stamped Autographed Football and other items.
Raffle tix are available for the Bobber Motorcycle. 1 chance for $5 or 5 chances for $20. The drawing will take place at our September 25th, 2010 Walk for Cure held at Southeastway Park on the Southside of Indy. Check back for more details about the Walk in the upcoming weeks.
